Key Responsibilities

  3. Manage Downhole Operations: Manage downhole operations, including downhole calculations and operations, to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks.
  4. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers are satisfied with our services, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  5. Comply with Safety Standards: Ensure that all team members comply with safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

  9. Mentor and Lead Team Members: Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  10. Complete Documentation: Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  11. Operate Company Vehicles: Operate company vehicles, including trucks and equipment, to ensure safe and efficient transportation of personnel and equipment.
  12. Comply with Regulations: Comply with all relevant regulations and laws, including DOT regulations, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pumping field operations.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  3. Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Ability to Work in Adverse Weather Conditions: Possess the ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  5. Effective Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  6. Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and concerns.
  7. Proficient in Oilfield Well Servicing: Possess proficiency in oilfield well servicing, including downhole operations and equipment maintenance.

  11. Proficient in Complex Mathematical Equations: Possess proficiency in complex mathematical equations, including fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids.

Special Requirements
  1. 21 Years or Older: Be at least 21 years old, with a valid CDL Class A with air brakes and tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.
  2. Ability to Work Extended Hours: Possess the ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  3. 5+ Years of Related Work Experience: Possess at least 5 years of related work experience in pumping field operations.
  4. Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a crew and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
