Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumping Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our pumping field operations and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Pumping Field Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our pumping field teams, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain our pumping equipment, including fluid pumps and other related equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Downhole Operations: Be proficient in downhole operations, including downhole calculations and fluid dynamic calculations, to ensure accurate and safe execution of our projects.
  4. Customer Interface: Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensure that our operations meet their expectations.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations, and that our team members are aware of and follow all safety protocols.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of our operations, including equipment maintenance, safety incidents, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in pumping field operations, including leadership and supervisory experience.
  3. Skills: Problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills required.
  4. Certifications: Valid CDL Class A with air brakes, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements preferred.
  5. Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in adverse weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a pumping field operations environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in complex mathematical equations, fluid dynamic calculations, and downhole operations.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
