Position Overview:

As a vital member of our operational team, you will be tasked with the safe execution of duties related to the management, setup, and dismantling of pumping apparatus, tools, and associated equipment at various locations.

Your responsibilities will include the operation and upkeep of fluid pumps and other machinery throughout the duration of tasks, as well as prior to and following job completion.

You may be called upon to undertake a range of responsibilities as directed by your Supervisor, necessitating close communication with field specialists. It is essential to adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines established by both the client and our organization. Participation in safety meetings is crucial to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, service, and maintain pumping equipment.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of rigging and external operations related to pumps, iron, and wellheads.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for equipment servicing, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Capable of operating or driving all relevant machinery.
  • Adhere to mandated safety and operational procedures.
  • Assist colleagues with the rigging and de-rigging of equipment.
  • Operate fluid pumps in connection with treatment processes.
  • Conduct required inspections and maintenance on equipment, ensuring all certifications are current.
  • Perform all tasks in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Engage actively in safety meetings to help identify and address risks.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
  • Comply with Department of Transportation regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under challenging weather conditions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Experience in oilfield well servicing.
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Special Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes; Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements are advantageous.
  • Willingness to be on-site for extended durations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
