About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pumping Equipment Operator to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain fluid pumps and other equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Complete Documentation: Complete all required documentation for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Comply with Safety Procedures: Comply with required safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with Equipment Rigging: Assist other employees with equipment rigging up and rigging down.
  • Operate Fluid Pumps: Operate fluid pumps associated with processes, including treatment procedures.
  • Perform Equipment Inspections: Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Comply with Regulations: Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
  • Participate in Safety Meetings: Actively participate in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills are required to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to Work in Adverse Weather Conditions: The ability to work in adverse weather conditions is necessary.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are required to communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Customer Service Skills: Customer service skills are necessary to provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic Oilfield Well Servicing Experience: Basic oilfield well servicing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Objects: The ability to lift and move heavy objects is necessary.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Special Requirements
  • Age Requirement: The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old.
  • CDL Class A with Air Brakes: A valid CDL Class A with air brakes is required. Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements are a plus.
  • Ability to Work Extended Hours: The ability to work extended hours is necessary.
