We offer automotive repair services directly at our customers' homes or workplaces. Compensation and Responsibilities

  • Our technicians are compensated based on an industry-leading wage grid, with pay ranging from $22 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
  • Perform vehicle repairs within the defined scope of work.
  • Diagnose and evaluate situations to determine whether to perform repairs or refer to partner shops.
  • Ensure that vehicles are repaired to provide customers with peace of mind.
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
  • Collaborate with a team that values customer satisfaction and vehicle care.
  • Work together to solve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent professional automotive repair experience.
  • ASE certifications and/or completion of a technical school are preferred.
  • Familiarity with repair shop software (e.g., AllData, Mitchell 1).
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all prerequisites mandated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), including a physical examination and medical certification.
