Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual to provide exceptional service in support of our lending programs. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality client service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and third-party partners, acting as a vital link between them and the organization.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all clients, ensuring a consistent experience that aligns with Compeer's mission and vision.
  • Educate clients and team members on policies, processes, and service delivery.
  • Organize and track necessary documentation for transactions, ensuring timely submission to relevant departments.
  • Review and determine documentation needed to secure Compeer's lien position on short-term transactions.
  • Process client account transactions accurately, including receipts and disbursements.
  • Digitally archive documents into the company's systems.
  • Prepare and deliver legal documents to clients promptly, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Assist financial officers in identifying suitable products and delivery methods for clients.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; further education is preferred.
  • 0-5 years of experience in client service, ideally within a financial institution.
  • Basic understanding of agricultural operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Client-focused mindset.
  • Proficient mathematical skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
