The primary responsibilities encompass transaction analysis and documentation, systems accounting, reporting and monitoring, portfolio servicing, and comprehensive client support.
This position involves close collaboration with internal and external clients, as well as third parties, throughout all stages of loan and lease cycles, including post-closing servicing, documentation, and final exit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external clients and third parties. Serve as a liaison between the organization, clients, and external partners.
Deliver exceptional service to all clients, ensuring a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.
Educate team members, clients, and third parties on policies, processes, transactional delivery, and servicing.Coordinate and track the compilation of necessary documents for transactions, submitting information to the appropriate team member or department for further action.
Review and determine documents required to secure Compeer's lien position on short-term transactions.
Accurately process receipts, disbursements, and maintenance of client accounts.
Scan and index documents into the archival system.
Prepare and deliver a variety of legal documents to clients promptly to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Assist financial officers in identifying suitable client products and delivery methods.Minimum Qualifications & Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED; secondary education is preferred. 0-5 years of client service experience, ideally within a financial institution.
Preferred knowledge of agricultural operations and farming.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures is advantageous.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Strong focus on client service.
Mathematical aptitude.
Problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organizational, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and other necessary systems.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with team members to address all aspects of client needs.
