Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish objectives for community engagement and competitive job placements
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with organizational standards and regulations
  • Manage logistics for client placements
  • Deliver tailored guidance and assistance to clients in their work activities
  • Facilitate a collaborative support network to overcome employment challenges
  • Provide performance evaluations and constructive feedback
  • Work alongside employers to ensure client success
  • Participate in individual planning as a member of the Employment Support team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver's License required
