We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our Executive team at ConnectAbility of MN, Inc.
This is a temporary role placement, while our team member is on maternity leave. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and will have the opportunity to transition to a different role within our organization upon the team member's return.
This full-time, Monday-Friday 8-4:30, administrative role involves providing support to the Executive team and will require strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing reports.
- Arrange conference calls and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Support the entire organization by providing relief coverage for the Receptionist and other programs during breaks and PTO days.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
