Business Development Manager for Aviation Sales

We are seeking a seasoned Airport Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team at Ateq Corporation.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our sales presence in the USA and supporting our Latin America operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from existing and new customers.
- Lead business development initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities and building partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, from lead generation to delivery.
- Present equipment demonstrations to customers and prospects, highlighting the benefits of our products.
- Represent Ateq Corporation at exhibitions and marketing events, fostering relationships with potential customers.
- Contribute to the development of new equipment and services by identifying market needs and developing business cases.
- Maintain accurate sales databases and produce regular visit reports for management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably with OEMs/MROs/Airlines.
- Strong technical knowledge of test equipment, particularly avionics and electrical systems.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Flexible and able to work in an international environment, with minimal travel restrictions.
- Techno-commercial education or equivalent experience in technical product sales is preferred.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
