Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Development Manager to join our team in Southern California.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze sales performance data to monitor productivity and goal progress
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Present product promotions and new lines to customers to increase sales volume
  • Maintain technical knowledge by staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Communicate effectively with management to provide regular sales updates and insights
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience in the pet industry
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
  • Based in Southern California, with relocation a plus
