Remote Special Education Teacher for Maine

About the RoleWe are currently hiring Virtual Special Education Teachers for full-time and part-time positions in Maine. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality instruction and support to students with special needs via teletherapy.
- Role: Virtual Special Education Teacher
- Type: Full-time and part-time available
- Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), provide instruction, and offer support to students with special needs via teletherapy
- Contract: 1099 contract role with potential for renewal
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in special education and meet the following requirements:
- Education: Master's or doctoral degree in special education or a related field required
- Certification: Must have a valid teaching license in Maine
- Technical Skills: Must pass a basic technology screening
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience working with students with special needs preferred
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
