Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Provide the highest level of service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
  • Ensure all owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about our products and services.
  • Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
