Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Consistently assess, anticipate, and meet guests' needs, responding quickly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management, using clear and concise language to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Menu Knowledge: Comprehensively understand the menu's food and beverage items, communicating effectively and accurately to guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Recognize problems when they arise and resolve them appropriately using good judgment, tact, and initiative, adhering to company policy and procedure.
  • Accounting and Math: Perform general accounting and mathematical skills, accurately operating various mechanical devices such as cash registers and hot beverage makers.

Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
