Core Responsibilities:
As a Parking Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the flow of vehicles and ensuring a pleasant environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding incoming guests to available parking spots.
  • Monitoring vehicle counts throughout your shift.
  • Issuing violation notices to individuals who do not adhere to parking regulations.
  • Conducting patrols of parking areas on foot or using designated vehicles.
  • Assisting customers in locating their parked vehicles.
  • Maintaining punctuality and uniform standards during scheduled shifts.
  • Providing courteous responses to customer inquiries and directing them to management when necessary.
  • Managing traffic flow at entry and exit points as required.
  • Assisting with the upkeep and repair of parking facilities and equipment.
  • Reporting any incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations to management.
  • Communicating any hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Filling in for valet staff when authorized.
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the parking facility layout and surrounding area.
  • Supporting management with additional tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $20.00 per hour. Eligible employees will have access to a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Less than a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • License: A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record is required for those who may operate company vehicles.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic and handling cash transactions.
  • Appearance: A professional and tidy appearance is mandatory, with adherence to uniform guidelines.
  • Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, walking, and handling equipment, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
