We are currently in search of a Concrete Solutions Engineer to join our esteemed client, a leader in concrete construction and landscape products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored project solutions to engineering consultants and clients.
  • Promote both new and established concrete pipe offerings to engineers, end users, and internal stakeholders to enhance business growth.
  • Collaborate with Departments of Transportation and local municipalities to refine specifications for stormwater management systems.
  • Foster relationships with industry associations, including ACPA and state CPA.
  • Develop and sustain robust customer relationships while providing effective solutions.
  • Act as the intermediary between engineering, sales, and operations teams.
  • Oversee market development and educate stakeholders on material specification processes.
  • Facilitate the introduction of innovative products.
  • Conduct educational seminars for consulting engineering firms in the area.
  • Identify and participate in trade shows, association gatherings, concrete pipe training sessions, and other relevant industry events.
  • Undertake special projects or assignments as needed.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based setting.
  • Travel requirements of up to 50% within the designated area.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent sitting.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying of items.
  • Regular standing, walking, and climbing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a PE (Professional Engineer) license is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the concrete sector or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in technical support and customer interaction.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills.
