The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $65,250 to $95,700. Please note that this salary range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market conditions.

Eaton's Electrical Services & Systems team provides a wide array of services tailored to every phase of a power system's lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Our offerings are designed to maintain the safety, efficiency, reliability, and modernization of power systems.
The Power Systems Automation (PSA) group operates as a comprehensive systems integrator, capable of delivering complete power automation solutions. Our engineers and technicians possess extensive expertise with various leading HMI software packages, enabling the design of user-friendly operator interfaces that leverage the latest technologies.
• Implement on-site Power Management and mission-critical monitoring and control systems, including various advanced platforms (travel to customer sites is estimated at 75% of the time).
• Provide expert engineering and consultation services to clients in system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training, and modification of power management and control systems.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- All candidates should reside within a specified radius of the work location. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted driver's license is required.
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations.
- 3+ years of experience with power management software.
• Adherence to company safety programs and policies.
• Compliance with periodic background and drug screenings as required by customers.
• Experience in commissioning electrical equipment.
• Proficiency with HMI software and power monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, and TCP/IP.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Windows Operating Systems and databases.
• Networking skills, including troubleshooting of network hardware and interfaces.
• Knowledge of power quality meters, trip units, protective relays, and UPS systems.
• Understanding of testing and diagnostic techniques for automation and power management systems.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders on a technical level.
• Proven ability to foster customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
