Role Overview:

  • Maintain relationships with industry organizations, including the American Concrete Pipe Association.

  • Act as a liaison among engineers, sales, and operational teams.
  • Drive market development and educate on the material specification process.
  • Introduce new products to the market.
  • Conduct educational seminars for consulting engineering firms.
  • Identify and participate in trade shows, association meetings, and other relevant industry events.
  • Execute special projects or assignments as directed.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based setting.
  • Travel requirements up to 50% within the designated territory.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent sitting.
  • Occasional carrying/lifting of weights.
  • Standing, walking, and climbing as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the concrete industry or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in technical support and customer engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
