Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and make recommendations for selection.

  • Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and mentoring to support employee growth and development.

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and time-off administration.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and labor relations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in a recruitment, employee development, or employee relations role.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
