We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Global Industry Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Snowflake Computing. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our sales enablement strategy and ensuring our Account Executives have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a mini-CLO (Chief Learning Officer) for industry selling, driving end-to-end ownership of key enablement programming based on global and local needs.
- Translate technical product releases, industry use cases, and company focus areas into consumable materials for Account Executives.
- Deliver a Point of View (POV) to stakeholders and drive collaboration on what enablement closes learning gaps in the field.
- Be seen as an expert on how to reach Account Executives and Industry Specialist audiences and what content resonates with them.
- Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming.
- Be accountable for measuring and improving industry knowledge/skill gaps with innovative programming for the field.
- Minimum 10+ years of related industry experience in sales, sales engineering, and/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software in data cloud, data warehouse, data engineering, and/or data science.
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience required - an MBA is a plus.
- Understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.
- Experience in learning design and measurement, enablement tooling, gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.
- Strong consultative skills, including conducting discovery, creating solutions to problems, and facilitating workshops/learning opportunities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision making, and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to travel as needed and potentially support other regions as needs arise.
- Estimated base salary range: $162,000 - $231,000.
- Eligibility to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
