Customer Success Manager

Pendo is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our customers' businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly portfolio planning to identify customer risks and opportunities, and develop targeted success plans to address them.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on best practices for using our product, and help them optimize their use cases to achieve maximum value.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or software sales.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion in a software company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and business insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • A competitive salary range of $131,600 - $162,800, depending on location and experience.
