Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Pendo is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes by providing exceptional support, guidance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Pendo's technology and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven insights to customers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
