Customer Success Manager

Relay, a Raleigh-based tech startup, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. We're on a mission to revolutionize communication and empower frontline workers. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Empower the Customer Success Specialist team to proactively support customers and expand product usage.
- Support ongoing product training, customer education, and system knowledge.
- Act as a point of contact for platform-related questions and concerns.
- Proactively identify and improve processes and documentation.
- Stay close to customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Effectively communicate trends to company leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Relay's product line.
- Help the team identify and communicate upsell opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor analytics and reporting for the team's portfolio.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
- 1+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work proactively.
- Deep analytical skills to drive business decisions.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and drive to mutually agreeable outcomes.
