Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Success

At Relay, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion within our customer base.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive growth and retention.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop strategies to drive growth and retention.
