Key Responsibilities- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of our performance management strategy with Oak View Group's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead Leadership Development: Assist in the ownership and management of our leadership development program, ensuring it is aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Support Talent Development: Assist learners and leaders in managing performance resources that support career-path development and Oak View Group's succession planning.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Synthesize and evaluate performance data inputs (quantitative) and observational results (qualitative) to guide decision-making and shape our performance strategy.
- Provide Cost-Effective Solutions: Develop and implement cost-effective solutions with observable and measurable objectives.
- Communicate Effectively: Employ effective communication practices (presentations and metrics) to influence leaders and stakeholders, resulting in positive change management.
- Conduct Analysis: Conduct analysis, focus groups, and interviews to assess performance and gauge overall effectiveness of processes, training, and policies relative to expectations.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Interactions: Facilitate stakeholder interactions (progress updates, training, coaching, support, etc.) via in-person and online opportunities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, and the Learning and Development team to ensure a world-class employee experience, from initial point of contact through career development, that drives employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Develop Skill and Competency Models: Assist in the development and maintenance of skill and competency models for Oak View Group roles.
- Support 360 Feedback: Support 360 feedback mechanisms and behavioral rubrics (good, better, best) to reduce performance biases.
- Process Mapping: Partner with stakeholders to develop process maps to help identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Talent Management Initiatives: Support additional Talent Management initiatives as needed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, including effective coaching and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles: Have a solid understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy) and the 70/20/10 model of development.
- Familiarity with 360 Feedback: Be familiar with 360 feedback and process mapping.
- Performance Resource Development: Have experience in developing performance resources, including coaching guides and step-processes.
- Analysis and Analytical Thinking: Possess strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and needs assessment.
- Project Management: Have effective project management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint/Teams/Zoom.
- Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in education, business psychology, instructional design, or a related field, and have 4-7 years of experience in designing and delivering performance solutions, coaching, and/or consulting in a corporate environment.
