Key Responsibilities:
As a Change Management Specialist, your role will encompass the following:

  • Emphasizing the human aspect of transformation, focusing on modifications to business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Quickly gaining insight into client challenges and technological landscapes to provide informed guidance to stakeholders while spearheading change initiatives.
  • Building robust relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Crafting detailed change management strategies to facilitate complex transformation projects. These strategies may involve communication, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, learning and development, and measurement.
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring the execution of project activities that support change management initiatives (e.g., training sessions, project presentations, stakeholder interviews, etc.).
  • Producing high-quality deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • Utilizing data collection and analysis for developing recommendations.
    • Conducting assessments to evaluate change impact and readiness, ensuring the effectiveness of change tactics.
    • Drafting clear and concise communications tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Assessing and managing stakeholders, implementing engagement strategies to align their interests with initiatives and leverage their influence to enhance adoption.
  • Designing and executing learning strategies that adhere to adult learning principles, incorporating alternatives to traditional training methods such as e-learning and self-directed approaches.
  • Facilitating train-the-trainer sessions and delivering end-user training as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-level change management within large organizations.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google applications.
Strong business writing skills suitable for various audiences (e.g., executive summaries).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills effective at all organizational levels (e.g., stakeholder interviews, focus group facilitation, sponsor updates).

Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management methodologies and tools.
