Toyota Material Handling is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Planner to join our team in Production Control. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing standard processes in the daily management of production support, while making process decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Create and train complex written instructions with a focus on accuracy for process.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, implement new systems, processes, or other system improvements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Knowledge in parts management, Conveyance, and BOM management, and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Toyota Production System: Experience utilizing tools of the Toyota Production System including but not limited to: Kanban, Junjo, Heijunka.
  • Technical Skills: General knowledge of iSeries/SAP/database management.
  • Communication: A positive and learning attitude with focus on process improvement, ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) on detailed process and production related items.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solving: The ability to break down complex problems and create/implement solutions.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: 4yr Supply Chain bachelor's degree, Technical degree, or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills (written, and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Detailed experience and knowledge of SAP and AS400.
  • Software Proficiencies: Proficiencies in excel, PowerBi, SQL, data.
