The Multilingual Human Resources Specialist will oversee various functions related to employee engagement, training initiatives, performance evaluation, onboarding processes, policy enforcement, talent acquisition, affirmative action, and adherence to employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about legal obligations and governmental reporting standards impacting human resources operations, ensuring that policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
- Source, interview, assess, and select candidates to fill open roles.
- Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires to promote a positive outlook towards organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance assessments, and separations for compliance reporting.
- Administer leave management for assigned locations.
- Provide guidance to management on the effective resolution of employee relations matters.
- Address inquiries related to policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare documentation for employee separations and conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for departures.
- Generate monthly reports for the department.
- Develop human resources strategies by gathering and analyzing data, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Enhance performance of managers and employees by identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, implementing chosen strategies, and providing coaching.
- Execute special projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and completing necessary transactions.
- Manage client expectations through effective communication regarding project status and challenges, resolving concerns, and analyzing time and cost implications.
- Compile reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.
- Safeguard the organization's integrity by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline from an accredited institution, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver's license may be required, along with compliance with SBM Driver Approval standards.
- Completion of all safety and task training certifications is necessary.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
