We are seeking talented professionals with a background in Automotive Software or Automotive Management to contribute to one of the fastest-growing automotive software providers in the U.S.

As a customer-focused Automotive Client Success Manager, you will manage your own portfolio and travel up to 75% of the time, with onsite visits being essential for the success of all parties involved.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, particularly in sales and digital consumer interactions.
- Practical understanding of effective digital sales processes, operational practices, and CRM software tools used by top performers.
- Familiarity with dealership variable operations, including F&I, Sales, and performance reporting systems is advantageous.
- Experience managing dealership accounts in a Digital Retailer Software Vendor role or in Sales Management, Internet Management, or BDC Management within a successful dealership.

- Proven track record of delivering results with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Apple (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), and Microsoft Office products.
- Quick to adapt to new technologies and processes, with a working knowledge of common DMS systems and automotive CRM software.
