Job Summary
We are seeking a competent Part Time Office Assistant for our Newport Beach Office to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather timesheets, prepare invoices, and prepare spreadsheets.
- Submit reports to Insurance companies and to General Manager, etc.
- Perform general office duties.
- Mail letters of intent.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
Working Conditions
This is a Part Time position with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 12:30pm, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
