Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at NJM Insurance Group. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with school leaders, professors, and career centers to develop partnerships that drive growth and success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a robust multi-year university relations recruitment strategy to identify and pipeline talent for high-volume and niche talent needs within the organization
- Foster positive relationships with school leaders, professors, and career centers to develop partnerships and drive recruitment efforts
- Complete an assessment of desired talent for the NJM Internship Program with hiring managers and coordinate the program to ensure students receive a meaningful experience that provides value to the departments
- Attract and recruit talent for the summer NJM Internship Program and other related programs as needed, monitoring and tracking successes and opportunities in converting intern talent to regular full-time, part-time, or temporary student worker roles within the company
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the NJM Internship Program, preparing an analysis of outcomes to measure progress and determine meaningful statistics to drive the strategy forward
- Participate and coordinate in recruitment events such as campus job fairs and community events to attract talent to NJM
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for university relations best practices, strategies, processes, quality benchmarks, and standards for recruiting
- Coordinate support for campus events, logistical planning, and organizational materials, overseeing the University Recruiting mailbox inquiries and assisting with internal communications for campus events

Requirements

- 5+ years of previous experience in University Relations (as a Recruiter) is desired, with a combination of 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in University Relations, Human Resources, and/or recruitment marketing also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience with oversight of a University Relations program or Internship Program required
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a relevant field required
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing desired
- Strong understanding of the recruitment processes and candidate selection methods required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) required
- Must possess reliable transportation to travel to campus recruitment events in the region
