Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced University Relations Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at NJM Insurance Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust university relations recruitment strategy to attract top talent from a pool of future and recent college and high school graduates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with school leaders, professors, and career centers to develop partnerships and identify core schools to pipeline talent for both high volume and niche talent needs within the organization.
  • Develop and implement a multi-year university relations recruitment strategy to attract and recruit talent for the summer NJM Internship Program and other related programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges and advance the Recruitment Marketing function.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign results for HR/Talent Acquisition leadership and generate monthly updates on key recruitment marketing metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of previous experience in University Relations (as a Recruiter) or a combination of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in University Relations, Human Resources, and/or recruitment marketing.
  • Prior experience with oversight of a University Relations program or Internship Program required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a relevant field required.
