Job SummaryWe are seeking a Card Payment Analyst responsible for executing tasks associated with the Dispute Oversight process of Third-Party Agents. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency with policies and procedures, while also assisting in ensuring compliance with changes in the Bank's strategy or lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in resolving disputes related to card payments;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes;
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in dispute resolution, banking, or a related field;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure;
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Familiarity with banking regulations and industry standards;
