Job Overview

Identified Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead a premier team of growth marketers and drive our company towards its revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing expansive media budgets across both digital and traditional paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a robust growth marketing strategy to attract new customers while optimizing marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Ecommerce, CRM, Insights, Brand, and Creative, to initiate and lead key projects.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid media channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and achieve key departmental goals focused on customer acquisition, LTV, and channel growth while ensuring marketing efficiency.
  • Plan, supervise, and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Display) and traditional channels (Video, Audio, OOH, Direct Mail).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with DTC subscription and traditional ecommerce.
  • 3+ years of experience as Head of Growth for a digitally native business with annual sales of $200M+.
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on experience with media buying on platforms like Meta and/or Google.
  • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, particularly TV/OTT and Audio.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing growth marketing teams of 4+ people.
  • Managed diverse media budgets of $100M+.
  • Data-driven with the ability to consolidate data from various sources.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketplaces and/or retail media.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with CRM, particularly email marketing and SMS.
  • Expertise in lead generation cultivation.
  • Proficient in pulling and analyzing data from GA4, Heap, and Looker.
  • Experience with CDP activation.
Compensation
  • Base salary: $225-$275K per year.
  • Annual bonus: 25% + equity.
