About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Security Finance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform Collection Activities: Work with customers to resolve delinquent accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with Insurance Verifications: Verify customer insurance information and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform Welcome Calls: Welcome new customers and provide them with information about our services.
  • Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as receiving loan payments and funding loans.
  • Perform Skip Tracking and Locate Activities: Locate customers who have skipped payments and work with them to resolve the issue.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle for work use.
