Position Overview: Software Sales Executive

Aspire Software is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of Software Sales Executive.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales revenue objectives by transforming potential leads and opportunities into successful sales while addressing client requirements and nurturing enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate new leads
  • Drive sales for new accounts
  • Manage and enhance existing client accounts
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities
  • Leverage Aspire Software products for sales initiatives
  • Provide necessary support to the current client base
  • Stay updated on competitive landscapes and industry trends
  • Achieve specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Aspire Software's products and services
  • Participate in industry conferences and events
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategies by meeting established targets

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Aspire Software sales tools for customized presentations
  • Focus on lead generation and qualification
  • Secure new sales orders
  • Acquire new accounts through strategic initiatives
  • Maintain client relationships through regular interactions
  • Set prospecting objectives and utilize CRM for tracking
  • Employ Aspire Software for sales and pricing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators
  • Keep management informed with detailed reporting
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide insights for product improvements
  • Assist in resolving client concerns and enhancing client relationships
  • Continuously improve professional knowledge through training opportunities
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by achieving set objectives

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software sales and account management
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in sales across various enterprise sizes
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
