Job Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts and incoming payments accurately
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Execute timely sending of bill reminders and contact clients to facilitate payment of invoices due
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
  • Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifying delinquent accounts and contacting accountholders to request payment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Proven ability to collect payments in a positive, professional, yet firm manner
  • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills to ensure the resolution of any client's billing issues
Work Schedule:

PART-TIME; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour
