Job Summary

The Staff Radar Systems Engineer is a critical member of our team, responsible for developing advanced radar solutions for airborne Active Electronically Scanned Array radar. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this role involves complex analysis, modeling, and simulation tasks to drive innovation and excellence in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support requirements flow-down, HW/SW Trade Studies, System Level Design Reviews, Integration Planning & Execution, and Flight Testing activities.
  • Develop radar signal processing algorithms using MATLAB for radar mode designs applicable to maritime, overland, and air-to-air modes.
  • Apply knowledge of Waveform Design and Signal Processing methods to meet customer detection and geolocation requirements, with a focus on Synthetic Aperture Radar.
  • Analyze Flight Test Data and debug system performance issues in stressing customer environments, including performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with the team to form consensus on design choices and execution plans.
  • Contribute to research plans and programs in core areas and related technologies.
  • Coordinate with other technical resources to advance the capabilities and cost-effectiveness of core radar products.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering, PhD degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related development experience.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and business needs.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,556 - $220,806.

Additional compensation may be available in the form of an annual or quarterly company bonus or shift premium based on position assignment.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.
