- Maintain a strategic presence within the region, identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and forging key partnerships to drive business growth.
- Research and explore new markets in collaboration with leadership, contributing to the expansion and diversification of our customer base.
- Sales Performance and Customer Experience:
- Set and monitor branch and regional targets for sales, starts, closings, and profitability, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by prioritizing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to manage sales processes, track performance metrics, and optimize resource allocation.
- Coach teams to close deals.
- Training and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor Homeownership Counselors and Sales Representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted development plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, organizing regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to spend at least 1 day in each office of assigned region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
