Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team at Crédito Real USA Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process title and lien releases in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to title-related emails and faxes in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and manage title voicemails on a daily basis
- Follow up on outstanding title and lien issues to ensure resolution
- Perform miscellaneous title maintenance tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the auto finance industry, preferably in title and lien processing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry skills
