Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, including quarterly board meetings.
- Assist in gathering responses to client requests in a timely manner, coordinating efforts across internal departments as needed.
- Manage the distribution of client reports and create routine reporting items.
- Track capital activity and generate capital activity reports.
- Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and investor portal.
- Analyze data and present results to senior team members and clients.
- Assist in developing internal models and processes to respond to client inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements for client service efforts.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree required with strong academic credentials.
- Extensive experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bloomberg or CRM experience is a plus.
- Understanding of advanced investment concepts and asset classes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once.
