Cerity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our endowment and foundation clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, including quarterly board meetings.
  • Assist in gathering responses to client requests in a timely manner, coordinating efforts across internal departments as needed.
  • Manage the distribution of client reports and create routine reporting items.
  • Track capital activity and generate capital activity reports.
  • Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and investor portal.
  • Analyze data and present results to senior team members and clients.
  • Assist in developing internal models and processes to respond to client inquiries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for client service efforts.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree required with strong academic credentials.
  • Extensive experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bloomberg or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of advanced investment concepts and asset classes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once.
