Najlaa Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Trainee to join our team.

As a Client Support Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the telecommunications industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and timely support to clients through various communication channels
  • Apply knowledge of products and services to resolve client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading client experiences
  • Manage the flow of inquiries, requests, and upgrades through the pipeline to meet client expectations
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators to ensure client satisfaction and success
  • Develop and implement client communication initiatives to improve long-term satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role in the business sphere
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
