About the Role

Cerity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customized presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner, coordinating efforts across internal departments as needed.
  • Manage the distribution of client reports and other routine reporting items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track capital activity and generate routine capital activity reports, providing insights to senior team members and clients.
  • Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and investor portal, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner, supporting senior team members and clients.
  • Assist in the development of internal models and processes to respond to client inquiries, driving process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of advanced investment concepts and asset classes.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with strong academic credentials and a passion for learning.
  • Extensive experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with Bloomberg or CRM experience a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to a sophisticated client base.
  • Professionalism and poise, with the ability to interact with senior team members, clients, and investors.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
