Job Title: Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients at HUB International. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing proactive solutions to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and proactive service delivery
  • Manage new client implementations, coordinate client activities, and assist as needed
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, marketing, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Understand client business needs and identify value-added services that HUB can provide
  • Work in a matrixed environment, supporting a diverse range of complex clients and relationships
  • Review activities to ensure sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of client service experience or related business experience
  • Wealth management experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve issues without direct supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Redtail, etc.)
  • Experience with eMoney a plus
  • Positive attitude toward client relations, with ability to provide exceptional, proactive client service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
