Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing our infrastructure and network operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of technical experts responsible for IT infrastructure, network, and AWS operations.
  2. Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and data centers.
  3. Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of IT services.
  4. Monitor and maintain network performance, addressing any disruptions, outages, or security incidents promptly to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement IT projects, upgrades, and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  6. Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management, to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
  7. Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, problem resolution, change management, and service requests to maintain high service levels and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  8. Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, conducting regular performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and fostering career development.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the organization's IT capabilities.
  10. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and procure necessary hardware, software, and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services, preferably with AWS.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow for IT service management and incident tracking.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and experience implementing ITIL practices.
  • Proven track record in maintaining high levels of IT service reliability, availability, and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, AWS, Cisco, Red Hat, or Microsoft are a plus.
