Job Overview

At Edward Jones, we're seeking a highly skilled Branch Office Administrator to join our team. As a critical member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our clients, deepening and broadening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to create efficiency.

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll work closely with our financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You'll be the first voice our clients hear when they call, and the first face they see when they walk in the door. You'll be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, while also being proficient in current and new office technology.

We're proud to offer a comprehensive 6-month training program, including an experienced peer to help mentor you. You'll also have access to a wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office.

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events, and actively listen for situations in our clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
