Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor highly qualified loan officers
  • Maximize product and pricing capabilities
  • Monitor and assimilate loan officer teams

Requirements

  • College degree in finance or business
  • 7+ years of experience in mortgage lending
  • Operational experience in managing a significant branch operation
  • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA processing and underwriting guidelines
  • Technical knowledge of mortgage banking compliance
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
