Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in international recruitment, with a proven history of managing hiring processes across multiple countries and regions.
  • Strong grasp of global labor markets, employment laws, and cultural variances.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other tools pertinent to international recruitment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple international recruitment projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with visa and relocation processes is advantageous.
