We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the accounting and finance functions for our growing manufacturing business unit in the Northeast. This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to the VP/GM and requires a strong finance leader to manage all financial requirements for the $50M business unit.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in GAAP and Excel. They will be responsible for budget management, risk mitigation, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as ensuring audit compliance.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader who can collaborate with site controllers to analyze and compile data for corporate. They will also be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business unit and making recommendations for improvement.

We offer a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and equity payout. The location for this role is the Northeast (MA / CT / PA / NH / NY) and occasional travel to sites may be required (10-15%).
