Delphi-US, LLC is seeking a skilled Financial Consultant to support our client's finance division in a contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of essential functions within the finance department, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage tasks effectively within tight deadlines. The role requires collaboration across various teams and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, including the documentation of journal entries, processing accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling financial accounts.
- Support weekly and monthly invoicing processes, which includes generating invoices, entering financial transactions into the accounting system, and monitoring payment processes.
- Independently compile monthly accruals and prepare various reports for month-end and quarter-end financial closing.
- Conduct general ledger reviews and perform account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Adobe Pro.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
